How do I pay my bill?
We have had many requests to pay either online or with a credit card over the phone.  We cannot accept payment in either manner.   Dues are either paid by check or money order mailed to:  MREA P.O. Box 1237  Alturas, CA  96101.  Please reference your APN number - it is on your statement and starts with 013.    An alternative (one I use)... I go to my online banking portal, then click on "bill pay".   It asks a few questions and then mails the dues for me - most banks do this without charge.  Again - make sure to reference your APN when doing this.
Do you have a list of properties for sale in the Estates?
Unfortunately we do not.  We were strongly advised to stay completely out of real estate transactions.
